Please note that with immediate effect, all lodge bookings are subject to a £5 per night electricity surcharge until further notice.

**Gas for the Langdale Lodge and Troutsdale Lodge will be chargeable separately at a rate of £4 per unit.

Payment

A 25% deposit to be paid at the point of booking and the balance of payment to be paid 2 weeks before your visit.

# Minimum booking costs apply for each Lodge and will be confirmed on booking with the Booking Secretary

Those wanting the whole site will be subject to total minimum charge.

Cancellation charges

Cancellation of the booking will incur the following charges:

Over six months: An administrative charge of £10
Less than six months: the deposit. Should the booking be re-let the deposit will be refunded less a £10 administrative charge
Less than one month, the whole amount based on the minimum booking cost

If there is nothing showing the diary it means there is availability.
